Licensing fee: *$25,000 per Area

Operations/plan Materials: Included
Working Capitol: $25,000 to $250,000 depending upon operation size & type
Training Resources: If one (1) area is purchase training is at Licensee’s expenses in seattle,WA. If more than one (1) area is purchased, training will be provided onsite at Licensors expense.
  *The licensing fee for those person who are currently working as independent retail specialty coffee operators and/or Licensees desiring  to license more than one area prior to tha end of second quarter 2007 will receive 10% off the licensing fee. That will be a fee of $22,500.00 per area. 

EQUIPMENT PACKAGE : we provide you with a Quick start Kit, which includes:
    *Initial training and how to find & secure a location (including ground lease negotiation and       initial lease terms)
    *Official Java Girls tm employee handbook and training manual.
    *Vendor resources
    *Training in the Java Girls tm entertainment model

     *Extensive Training in proper specially coffee drink making techniques and Equipment use

TRAINING PROVIDED
1-week hands on intensive & 6 months ongoing consultation support.
We provide we with the strategy and systems needed to satisfy your customers. Our professional training staff works closely with you to impart knowledge, practical experience and confidence you need to succeed. By the end of training, you will master sales and marketing, hiring and training, program content, presentation methods, operating systems and financial controls.
